Parking Info

The festival site is located on the property of the Kemptville College between Concession Road and Prescott Street (Highway 44). There are two public entrances you may use. Our front entrance is on Prescott Street (Highway 44), continuing onto Heritage Drive and our side entrance is on Concession Road continuing onto Campus Drive.

Please note there are roads inside the festival grounds that you will not be permitted to use, so please respect the volunteers and the barricades.  We anticipate high traffic volumes and with that comes congestion.  We may need to temporarily close one or both public entrances while we manage and direct vehicles through the festival on-site parking areas.  We thank you in advance for respecting our efforts to manage our roadways closely in order to ensure the safety of our guests and volunteers.

Since there is limited general admission parking on the festival site we encourage you to use our designated parking areas, including some with complimentary shuttle service.  These off-site parking areas are indicated on our parking map which can be found on our website.

Please visit the Shuttle Service section of our website to learn more about our shuttle service routes, bus stops and schedules.

Additional parking is located just north of the festival site in the parking lots of the South Branch Elementary School and North Grenville District High School, on Concession Road.  The walk from these parking lots to the festival admissions gate will take you approximately five to ten minutes.  Signs are posted on Concession Road to direct you to our pedestrian safe walkway.

VIP and accessibility parking is available in the parking lot closest to the admissions gate.  Accessibility signs must remain visible on the dash of your vehicle at all times and identification may be requested so that we may monitor in and out activity.

VIP, accessibility and camping guests are to enter the festival site by our restricted access, back entrance, which is also located on Prescott Street (highway 44), continuing onto Curtis Avenue.  Please note, all other vehicles attempting to use this entrance will be turned away as this is also our emergency entrance / exit and the route our shuttle buses require in order to remain on schedule.  Again, we thank you in advance for respecting our efforts to manage our roadways closely in order to ensure the safety of our guests and volunteers.

Please be advised that our festival site will be under constant surveillance and anyone parking where parking is not explicitly permitted is endangering the safety of our community, guests, volunteers and our event as a whole.  There will be zero tolerance and these vehicles will be towed without hesitation and at the expense of their owners.

Parking – Back Entrance – Restricted Access ONLY

A reminder that this third entrance, for restricted use only, off of Prescott Street (Highway 44), continuing onto Curtis Avenue is for authorized vehicles only. All unauthorized vehicles will not be permitted to enter or exit the venue from this entrance.

Authorized vehicles include emergency services, security, police, shuttle service, accessibility guests, VIP guests and camping guests.

Emergency services must have absolute priority and other vehicles waiting to enter or exit, or on route on this roadway, must give emergency service vehicles immediate priority.

Thank you for helping us make our community music festival a safe and secure event.

Is there parking on the festival site?

Parking at the venue for General Admission pass holders is limited.

Festival public parking is permitted only in designated W.B. George parking lots that are paved and staffed by the Kemptville Live Music Festival volunteers (they have identification cards). There is absolutely no parking permitted in other parking areas designated for Ministry staff, volunteer staff, emergency, VIP, roadways, laneways, shoulders, in the grass or on the field. There will be zero tolerance for vehicles that are parked where parking was not indicated as permitted public parking for our festival and these vehicles will be towed and or ticketed at the owners’ expense.

Please watch for our signs to be certain you are in the correct area.
