Accessibility
Kemptville Live Music Festival is dedicated to providing an extraordinary experience for all music lovers. Our volunteers are committed to ensure ample and ready access to all of our festival amenities.
Please be aware that Kemptville Live Music Festival does take place on natural terrain and that nature and weather may make that difficult to maneuver for all patrons.
All of our volunteers are directed to complete AODA training as part of their qualifications and acceptance. We have a dedicated team onsite for all operating hours to ensure that patrons with accessibility needs receive the information and assistance they may require.
Accessible parking is located just outside the main gate. Accessibility volunteers in this area and the shuttle drop off area, are clearly recognized by their white Kemptville Live Volunteer t-shirt with the globally recognized blue wheelchair logo on their sleeve.
One support person and service animal are welcome free of admission charge. Prominently labeled Information/Accessibility tents on site can provide rest areas for patrons and service animals as required.

Parking Info
The festival site is located on the property of the Kemptville College between Concession Road and Prescott Street (Highway 44). There is no public parking on the campus. Please respect the volunteers on duty at the barricades to the campus entrances.
We anticipate high traffic volumes and with that comes congestion. We thank you in advance for respecting our efforts to manage our roadways closely in order to ensure the safety of our guests and volunteers.
Simply continue to North Grenville District High School or South Branch Elementary School on Concession Road if you wish to walk to the festival. The walk from these parking lots to the festival admissions gate will take you approximately five to ten minutes. Signs are posted on Concession Road to direct you to our pedestrian safe walkway.
We encourage you to use our designated parking areas around town which provide complimentary shuttle service to the main gate area. These off-site parking areas are indicated on our parking map which can be found on our website.
Please visit the Shuttle Service section of our website to learn more about our shuttle service routes, bus stops and schedules.
VIP and limited accessibility parking is available in the parking lot closest to the admissions gate. Provincially issued accessibility signs must remain visible on the dash of your vehicle at all times and identification may be requested so that we may monitor in and out activity.
VIP, vendors, accessibility and camping guests are to enter the festival site by our restricted access, back entrance, which is also located on Prescott Street (highway 44), continuing onto Curtis Avenue. Please note, all other vehicles attempting to use this entrance will be turned away as this is also our emergency entrance / exit and the route our shuttle buses require in order to remain on schedule. Again, we thank you in advance for respecting our efforts to manage our roadways closely in order to ensure the safety of our guests and volunteers.
Please be advised that our festival site will be under constant surveillance and anyone parking where parking is not explicitly permitted is endangering the safety of our community, guests, volunteers and our event as a whole. There will be zero tolerance and these vehicles will be towed without hesitation and at the expense of their owners.
The telephone number of local vehicle repair, tow companies and taxi services are:

The Kemptville Live Music Festival and its volunteers are not responsible for lost, damaged and or stolen items, articles, vehicles, personal items and the like. You are encouraged to leave valuable items safely at home and make certain to lock your empty vehicles.
If you are unclear where you may park, please ask one of our volunteers on-site and ready to assist you. If a volunteer cannot be located, it is likely because you are attempting to park in an area where parking is not permitted.
Parking – Back Entrance – Restricted Access ONLY
A reminder that this third entrance, for restricted use only, off of Prescott Street (Highway 44), continuing onto Curtis Avenue is for authorized vehicles only. All unauthorized vehicles will not be permitted to enter or exit the venue from this entrance.
Authorized vehicles include emergency services, security, police, shuttle service, accessibility guests, VIP guests and camping guests.
Emergency services must have absolute priority and other vehicles waiting to enter or exit, or on route on this roadway, must give emergency service vehicles immediate priority.
Thank you for helping us make our community music festival a safe and secure event.
